As a fully licensed travel agency under the British Columbia Consumer Protection Authority and a verified member of IATA, Zendegi offers both public and private airline fares for online booking. Payments and invoice issuance are handled directly, online, quickly, and securely through the BSP system. The Travel Assurance Fund (TAF), part of our licensing, ensures that customers are eligible for compensation in the event of non-receipt of travel services booked directly through us, subject to service terms and ticketing regulations.

Option 1: Interac e-Transfer with Invoice

If you would like to use this payment method, please inform us so we can send you an official transfer request from our agency’s bank account. The issued request will remain with you as a valid proof of payment to Zendegi Travels.

Option 2: Option 2 — Direct Payment to the Airline or Other Travel Service Providers (No Fees or Transaction Charges)

To use this method, please complete and sign the online form below:

  1. First, enter the passenger information.

  2. Then, fill in the required details.

  3. Upload a photo of the payer’s identification card.

  4. Sign the form, enter the submission code you received from the agency, and send the form.

After submitting the form, you will be directed to the payment page, where your booking and invoice/ticket issuance process will begin. This method is secure and protects your payment against unauthorized transactions.

    Credit Card Authorization Permission

    1. Authorization
    I, the undersigned, authorize AB Travel Radar Ltd. (dba Zendegi Travels), its partnered air consolidators, and the airlines issuing the tickets to charge the credit card listed below for flights or other travel services I have requested. This authorization applies to one or more transactions up to the total amount indicated, for the passengers listed, which I have reviewed and approved.

     

    2. Acknowledgment of Terms
    I understand and accept that these charges may be non-refundable and are subject to the applicable airline and agency terms and conditions, including restrictions on changes, cancellations, and refunds, as stated on their websites and ticket rules.

     

    3. Cardholder Verification
    I confirm that the bank card provided is my own or that I am authorized to use it for this transaction. I also confirm that my identity for this transaction has been verified via phone, and I have received a Private Identification Code to activate the submission of this form. If I am not the traveler, or one of the travelers listed, I will still provide a copy of my government-issued photo ID to confirm this authorization. This authorization, together with the provided ID, grants sufficient permission for the airline or our partnered agencies to process payment using my card.

     

    4. Credit Card Information
    Only the last 4 digits of the card are required for this form for verification purposes.

    Full payment will be securely processed via our PCI-compliant payment gateway after authorization.
