1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Zendegi Travels’ services—through our website, phone, or messaging—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Responsibility
We are responsible only for bookings made directly through https://zendegi.com. We are not responsible for bookings made through other websites, agents, or platforms, even if our name appears there.
3. Our Role as Your Travel Agent
Zendegi Travels acts as a middleman between you and airlines, hotels, car rentals, tour operators, cruise lines, and insurance providers.
We do not own or operate these services, so we are not responsible for their availability, quality, pricing, or service.
4. What We’re Not Responsible For
Zendegi Travels is not liable for:
Flight delays, cancellations, or overbookings
Hotel issues, service problems, or overbookings
Denied boarding, visa rejections, or entry refusals
Lost or damaged baggage
Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, weather disruptions, or other emergencies
You agree to hold us harmless for any issues caused by third-party providers. Refunds or complaints must be directed to the provider involved.
5. Your Responsibilities
Before booking, you are responsible for:
Checking all details (names, dates, destinations) carefully
Making sure all travelers have valid passports, visas, and entry documents
Meeting health, vaccination, or entry requirements
Reading and following any rules from providers
Mistakes or missing documents are your responsibility.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change until full payment is received and your booking is confirmed.
Non-refundable booking or service fees may apply, which will be shown before payment.
Credit/Debit Card Refunds – Option 3:
If you pay via credit or debit card through https://zendegi.com/pay/
(Option 3), by paying you agree to our Terms of Service.
Refunds cannot go back to the same card.
Refunds will be issued in cash or via Interac e-Transfer.
The 2.9% card processing fee is non-refundable.
7. Changes and Cancellations
All changes or cancellations must be sent in writing.
Third-party providers’ policies apply, which may include penalties or non-refundable amounts.
Refunds (if any) depend on the provider’s rules. Zendegi Travels cannot control refund amounts or timelines.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend buying travel insurance for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage issues, or other unexpected events.
We are not responsible for losses if you do not have insurance.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services booked directly through Zendegi Travels.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on https://zendegi.com, including logos, images, and text, belongs to Zendegi Travels. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is protected by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and follow industry standards to keep it safe.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Legal disputes must be resolved in courts in British Columbia.
