We are not liable for any bookings made through other websites, travel agents, or platforms, even if they display our name or branding. Any services booked outside our website are not our responsibility under any circumstance.

3. Role as Travel Agent

Zendegi Travels acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and insurance providers.
We do not own, operate, or control any of these services and are not responsible for their actions, performance, availability, pricing, or service quality.

4. Limited Responsibility and Disclaimer

Zendegi Travels assumes no responsibility for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or schedule changes

  • Hotel quality, service issues, or overbookings

  • Denied boarding, visa rejections, or entry refusals

  • Lost or damaged baggage

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, weather disruptions, or any other force majeure events

You agree to hold Zendegi Travels harmless from any claim, liability, or loss resulting from the services or failures of third-party providers. Any dispute or refund request must be handled directly with the provider involved.

5. Booking Accuracy and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and confirming all booking details (names, dates, destinations, etc.) before making payment

  • Ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, and entry documents

  • Meeting health, vaccination, and entry requirements for the destination

  • Understanding and accepting all provider-specific rules and policies

Zendegi Travels is not responsible for consequences arising from customer errors or missing documentation.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.

Zendegi Travels may charge non-refundable booking or service fees, which will be disclosed before you confirm payment.

7. Changes and Cancellations

All change and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. They are subject to the policies of the third-party providers, which may include penalties, fees, or non-refundable amounts.

Refunds (if any) are processed based on the terms and timelines of the service providers. Zendegi Travels has no control over refund amounts or processing times.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage delays, and other unexpected events.
Zendegi Travels is not responsible for any losses resulting from a lack of insurance coverage.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid to Zendegi Travels for services booked directly through our website. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
